fixed some oddities # wise for the religious buildings that CA had in place.

Buffed the major and minor religious buildings for the germanic and Celtic religions.

They now provide spread to neighboring provinces. +1 per level of the buildings on the major religious chains.

The minor chains were each tweaked differently. the first minor buildings provides + 1 PO and religion for both religions.

germanic burial provides (tier 2) + 2 germanic spread, + 1 spread to neighboring provinces, + 2 sanitation, (tier 3) + 3 germanic spread, + 2 neighbor, + 3 sani, (tier 4) +4 germanic spread, + 3 neigh, + 4 sani.

germanic grove. -10 food per tier of this chain. (tier 2)+ 5 growth, +2 PO, +2 germanic spread (tier 3) +10 growth, +3 germanic germanic spread and +3 PO, (tier 4) +15 growth, +4 PO and spread, (tier 5) +25 growth(CA messed up here) +8 PO, +5 germanic spread, +5 sani, +2 neigh.


celt burial. (tier 2) +1 to celt spread, neigh, and sani. (tier 3) +2 in those same categories. (tier 4) +3 in those categories

celt minor water (tier 2) +2 PO and spread, (tier 3) +3 in both, (tier 4) +4

Industry has been buffed for the barbarians.

The forge chain now provides better armor and swords. The buffs are 10/20/30 %.

claypit chain reduces construction costs by -10/20/30%

carpenter chain proves 10/20/30% more ammo for your missile units. it also provides 5/10/15 + morale to naval units. i would of prefered better hulls, but the game wouldn't allow it.

basketweaver commercial % was buffed to 5/10/15 %


overall the all of the industry buildings for the barbs now have less of a PO(public order) and squalor hit. Some of the values were reduced by more than half. As industry was not as useful as other means of making money due to their lack of food generation, income, and what was high PO and squalor hits. With each one recieving some noticeable buffs, this should make them more viable than what they were before.

decided to update the regular barbarian garrison on the city chain buildings. Because the amount of units(the spears) you are suppose to have is broken for the germanic/gothic factions, i went ahead and added a few units to make up for it. you will get germanic axe warband units(and their upgrades via tech) and in higher tiers, nobel germanic swordsmen in the place of the missing spear units.

i also went ahead and gave a slight buff to the nordic and slavic garrisons.(celts not included. they have a good garrison already) hopefully this will help them with the huns and roman incursions. same goes for the germanic garrison buffs.
