FEATURES
*All start dates now supported
*Cultures and Religions now assigned in History files. (Convert the World Events no longer a necessisity, and reworked as a bug squashing event)
*Discontinuation of the equipment trait system, and moved to artifacts.
*DRAGONS BABY!
*Reintroduction of Dragon culture and the Cult of the Dracon religion centered around nomads.
-Currently just a reskin, but no bugs either (hopefully)
-Reform the Cult similar to a pagan religion to get a religious head and religious powers like "Crusades"

BUG FIXES
Minor code updates, due to Paradox changing syntax

BUG FIXES
*AI no longer spams the "Drink charisma potion" decision causing them to permantly sustain the modifier while all having the "Drunkard" trait.
*AI now have access to equipment
*The "the" in "the All Father" is no longer capitalized
