A Small Loan decision changed to Establish the Trump University decision which grants the construction of the Trump University in the capital.
The Trump University provides +1 Science passively, but +2 Gold for every Universities built. It has also two merchant slots. If the capital is captured, the Trump University is not destroyed, and can be recaptured back.

Fixed Drain the Swamp's Turns not working properly. (It will always be 8 WLTKD and/or 2 Resistance Turns regardless of gamespeed now)

Not save-game compatible, but I wouldn't recommend updating the game for a simple E&D change.

Not save-game compatible. Definitely need to update because it redesigns the UU into a replacement of the Great Merchant and nerfs the Trump Tower slightly, but the Tower will syerngize better with the UU.
