Here is a rough changelog of what changed since the 27th: Fixed continent definition errors in the map:
Fixed US AI bug were it wasnt able to get rid of torpedo reliability issue.
Fixed Operation Exporter (Allied takeover of Vichy Syria) The UK decision now promps Syria to chose wether to switch sides by an event that explains allies are closing in on Beirut with little resistance from defeatist vichy garrisons.
Fixed Iraq a bit, at least it's less powerful when it rises up against the brits and join the axis in 1941, I know the way its done is not historical and we will probably make a better fix.
Tried to fix the issues of AI Turkey and Nationalist Spain joining the war prematurely on historical settings, please report if the issue still persist.
Made UK AI better prepared for the Iraqi war and possible Sealion by Germany. Also tried to fix AI UK spamming of exiled nations decisions.
Made some AI-controlled european minors less willing to send their troops to the middle east.
Decreased cost of Supply node from 5000 to 4000.
Increased cost of Railway from 200 + 100 per level to 250 + 125 per level.
Added several generals and advisors to the Chinese warlords.
Tweaked some naval modifiers such as from advisors and naval doctrines to be less focused on attack values, this is to make naval battles a bit less decisive.
Changed ardennes offensive requirements. Instead of requiring Alcase AND Wallonie to be lost it now reuires Wallonie OR Poitou OR Champagne to be lost. It now also gives bonuses towards the Commonwelth nations not just UK and US.
Removed german national spirit Wittman, was deemed overpowered.
Lowered base surrender limit from 75 to 70%.
Lowered army xp gained from overunning divs from 35 to 25.
Fixed bug where tank factories techs and tankograd spirit didnt apply to Self-propelled AA.
Buffed the officer corps air research spirits that give bonus to only one airplane type from 5 to 8% bonus.
Nerfed professional officer corps army spirit.
Changed some national spirits for minors to give command power gain rate instead of max command power cap.
Fixed fall of France hopefully, France will now capitulate, be exiled and then the Vichy event will popup for Germany like it was intended.
Fixed some national spirits that used non-functioning airplane modifiers.
AI submarines now have a 15% AA bonus.
Added tech sharing popup event so now you will actually be notified when you are invited to a tech sharing group.
Tweaked italian focus tree a bit, one of the civilian industry focuses now gives 5% stability instead of 3 civs and another one gives 2 civs 2 docks instead of 3 civs. Lowered the time of Expand Northern Weapons Manufactures by 16 days while lowering its factories from 5 to 4. Beretta had its time lowered by 20 days but provide 2 less factories and a lot more.
Disabled unfinished scripted peace events untill Bramja has the time to fix and test them.
Fixed AI Germany's panzer and panzergrenadier template designing in late game.
Increased DD HP by about 5%.
Fixed some Light SP artillery that had inconsistent stats.
Fixed bug with the destruction of Polish terriotory event which made it fire on game start.
Updated many ugly event pictures.
Replaced some leader portraits with better ones. (Thanks Darthbias)
Added focus search filters to Soviet. (Thanks sosososo)
Updated base Suplly on the eastern front states, now more smeared out.
Fixed weather in some regions (focused on north america and siberia), probably 15+ regions that still have the wrong weather.
