Added a Metal Club roughly as durable as other metal tools and with an improved Torpor Damage effect for quicker knockouts compared to its wooden counterpart as well as a more effective gathering rate for Organic Polymer.

Added Advanced Tranquilizer Arrows, throwable Metal Spears, throwable Metal Tranq Spears, and added a Rot Box to quickly spoil meat for later use in narcotics.
