Changes:
- Weapons console event now automatically enables / disables combat & issues a random weapon at the start of the round
- Match point fences now disable out of bounds penalty along the borders of the map
- Various cosmetic changes to the map

Additions
- RandomWeapon console event now issues a random weapon and enables/disables combat

This will be the last update (assuming nothing broke during the update) and Calcio-Chivball is now considered complete. Continue to report any bugs in the comments.

- collision volumes at the sides of the arena are now closer in. This should fix the ball rolling on top of the fence, though it might make the ball out of bounds event irrelevant
- changing teams mid game no longer (hopefully) bricks player spawning
- fireball mode now enables / disables instantly ~ respawn timer should also (hopefully) be fixed
- A 'ball not touched' timer has been added, and will reset the round if the ball hasnt been touched in 25 seconds. This should hopefully eliminate the need for a server admin to be present in the event of the ball escaping the arena. This can be enabled / disabled through console commands (enabled by default)

- Map round time has been increased to 60
- if round time reached, mason wins by default (for malric)
- advantage spawns are now centred closer to the ball
- time of day change now takes more time

- kicking the ball now does not require targeting using crosshairs; ball will travel in direction of player
- fixed spawning at forward locations incorrectly

- made some quick changes to the player spawning kismet
- changed respawning times for the fireball mode
- added a better indicator for fireball mode
- plays the "jet" sound from arena. RIP headphone users

- changed penalty for kicking (now it actually works)
- added forward spawning for player advantage due to deliberate out of bounds
- cleaned up corpses after death
- added player side time of day change (probably wont keep this)

- added blocking volumes to the boundary of the arena plus the spawn areas
- blocking volumes enable / disable on reset
- fixed bug where respawning players were able to leave in-goal area during level reset

- fixed forever looping sounds on combat penalty / goal

- added fireball mode; see description for info
- changed foul to 'assist' instead of death to reflect new mode

- possibly fixed bug where wrong player accredited to a goal / foul
