- Readded the ship maintenance modifiers again:
- Energy modifier set at 0.003. Down from 0.004.
- Mineral modifier set at 0.001. Down from 0.004.
- Modified the system icons for ship counters vertical offset for those icons that were off.
- Increased auxiliary slots for spaceport and frontier outpost to be in line with the rest of the stations.
- Modified civilians stations armor and health to use the same calculations as the military variants. Double health points and armor.
- Modified passive move pattern to be charge as well. Should make sure solo ships don't just stay still and wait to die when in combat.

- Increased the evasion rate of all ships because I'd reduced it too much.
- Reversed the order of the ships in new military sector management option in the hope that this will motivate sectors to build heavier ships more often.
- Added localisation for traits, which I'd apparently forgotten.
- Removed weapon preference multiplier from defines as the default value was good enough.

- Modified colony ship maintenance to be 2.0 energy per month. Was 8.
- Modified spaceport maintenance to be 2.0 energy per month. Was 3.
- Modified weights of the section templates for some ships requiring multiple prerequisites so the AI doesn't use them if it can't equip weapons in all slots.
- Reduced the minerals costs for frontier outposts slightly from 400 to 360.
- Modified the civilian ship section costs to be equal to the build time. Colonizer is slightly more expensive, transport is free, science and constructor are cheaper.
- Modified military section template costs to be a lot less because of the increase in utility costs from the ship/station core, other required components and the increase in slots.
- Reduced spaceport minerals costs to 180 (double that of research and mining stations, half that of the frontier outposts). Was 360.
- Reduced the minerals costs of wormhole and observation stations to half that of research stations: 45. Were 75 and 50.
- Modified the station targeting information.
- Reduced chance the AI and automatic ship designer will pick section templates with PD weapons and increased chance of hangar bays. Rewrote all modifiers.
- Recalculated all ship evasion values. Now based on 90 as max divided by their fleet capacity, rounded up. Civilian ships now have much higher evasion.

- Disabled budget factor.
- Rewrote pirate event script > tried to create a better balance.
- Increased health of military stations because they should be able to withstand more damage than civilian stations or military ships.
- Decreased health of civilian stations because they ought to have protection from military stations.
- Decreased the battle retreat limit for the AI to 0.25.
