Big Update:

- 6 New Planet types: Sand Sea, High Altitude Jungle, Mangrove, Sub-Arctic Ocean, Glacial and Antarctic. Also updated original artwork work Mesa and Steppe.
- Updated Descriptions
- Fixed issue where sound wasn't playing on planets.
- Localization issues should be fixed, translations are available where I have them, looking to find more.
- Planet Survey, Wandering Jungles and Abandoned Terra forming Events should recognize and react to all planet types.
- Can no long Terraform Nitrogen-Oxygen planets to Methane and Ammonia.
- Methane and Ammonia planets are more common.
- Hothouse and Post Garden worlds are more common.
- Gave Deneb System some more planets to be closer to match updated Sol System.
- Total number for Oxygen planets should match base game averages, Hothouse/Post Garden/Ammonia/Methane do not count to that average, so overall there are more planets in each game.
- Some minor bug fixes.

-Tweaked sound volumes, changed ammonia sound.

-Finally got around to adding in sounds for the planets.
-Took food bonus tiles off of spawned post garden planets, hothouse planets and damaged ring worlds. Feel like it makes more sense, you can still grow farms there just isn't natural deposits of food already.
-Added in code for the planetary survey event, now it will recognize all the extra types. I'm going to be going over all the events and adding the new planet types where it fits nicely. May also try my hand at writing some events for these planets in the future, I'd welcome any help if people are interested.

Fixed some localization files issues, and spelling mistakes.

Cleaned up the code, little mistakes.
Fixed a problem that the Ammonia and Methane traits were showing up at species creation.

Fixed localization language files. The are all in english but should show up in all languages.
