Added a bunch of new Blueprints thanks to BOX :)
Reworked part of the creation code:
- If you exit a map with a blueprint, the next time you reenter it, the same blueprint will be used (as long as the faction base remains there)
- There is a new optional tag in the blueprints: <techLevelMax>
This allows you to define also a MAX techlevel for a blueprint.
- Now the rooms get a roof. So no more freezing for the faction pawns :)
- Stack limit for items now max 45.
- Various small code optimizations.

Added the possibility to place power conduits (even under walls) by adding a new layer named <nonbuildingData>
