- fixed issue with UU not being used by the AI (though for now this also means the UU constructs improvements instantly - a thing I'll see if I can change in the future)
- fixed issue with CulDiv support
- added user settings to disable notifications
- fixed minor issue with the Pilot Whale spawning part of the UA
- changed leader flavours slightly
