New icons!

Buffed the zoroark so they're now as strong as a regular swordsman and they now ignore terrain.

Tweaked some a bit of Arceus' ai.

Tweaked the civilization's colours so they're not absolutely blinding.

A bunch of other fixes I'm probably forgetting.

Nerfed Arceus' ability by removing the worker bonus and accidental bonus belief.

Added 1 movement point to the Zoroark.

Added 10 food to the Jewel Of Life Pedestal.
