Hotfix. I realized I had turned off research and observation stations upkeep, too. For consistency, I'm reverting it back to only affecting mining stations.

Note that due to a change in the file structure, it now might not be compatible with mods that modify ship characteristics. If that is the case, I recommend you drop this one and alter the values manually on your other mod. The only downside would be that you'll have to do that manually each time your other mod is updated.

Fixed a mod path mistake on my part that was preventing the mod from working altogether.
