Adjusted the view of the beginning of the level and the background of the entire level.
Adjusted fog effects to be compatible with the Toki Tori 2+ update from 2016.
Slightly extended the range of the terrain visible outside the playable part of the level.
Narrowed the visibility of the bottommost part of the level.
