-Added a simple helitaxi support: summons a friendly helicopter which will transport you back to base if you get stranded.

Changes:
- overhauled the entire task system, the simultaneous multiplication of tasks should no longer be possible
- added passive support objectives: when player is in a CAS capable helo, your ally groups can sometimes request CAS, and when in transport, they can request medevac if wounded
- added a few random-generated enemy bases - watch out, though, they are reasonably well defended!
- added ambient helicopter flybys for enemy as well, the flight route is always between two of their bases and goes around the player base
- optimized some of the allied ambient helicopter runs

To do next:
- improve the enemy bases, possibly add an air support call if player goes too close
- possible animated refit for player base
