Added rope-slider rope count slider, added a slider to change direction mult for rope-prop engine tool, for being able to make clicking opposite sides have the same results or not

Crankshaft Roper, clicking opposite sides now has the same result, added a slider that adds to the rotation setting each time you make a rope, removed rope - ballsocket
