Changed some icons and stored them locally in the mod. Small change to try to fix the sudden buff swap bug.

Added the Drow Night Vision control to INI files so that server admins can choose to add it and tweak it to a value that they and the players like (to prevent the prior issues with the global setting not being prefered by a number of players)
Reduced Drow Torp resist
Increased it for halfling (as it was indended to be their big advantage but i overcompensated the night vision loss for the drow)

Removed Merfolk Pants because they were given hypothermal insulationg

70% reduced water consumption
1.2X Health
.02 hp/sec
Not aggroed by; Thorny Dragons, Boas, Sarco
Reduced aggro from; Dimorph, Raptor, Kapro, Compy

Hypothermal insulation added to- Dwarves, Drow, Orc, Aqua
Hyperthermal insulation added to- Goblins
Aqua- Gave them significant base increase to Hypothermal Insulation
Drow- Hypothermal added 1.5, Reduced Torpidity Resistance (-1.5)
Dwarf- Added moderate starting hypothermal insulation
Goblin- Added moderate starting hyperthermal insulation
Halfling- Fixed a description issue, reduced torpidity resistance (-1)
Humans now regen stamina slightly faster than other races
Orc- Added moderate Hypothermal insulation

Fixed Naming issue with Merfolk Blood, Added the modded scuba pants for merfolk that was previously a part of another mod. Level locked it to prevent it from causing issues on other servers.

Adjusted Drow til i can get the toggle night vision working. made it so spiders dont aggro them

Made Merfolk much faster underwater at base to compensate for O2 no longer increasing underwater speed, Also added some speed underwater to; Halfling, Human, and Goblin. Removed Stam gain from Drow to compensate for no longer having glare during the day.

Removed Day glare from drow(too glitchy), 2 races per admins request, small stat adjustments to some races

Moved engrams to Level locked (9999) so that potions no longer disappear on restart in case admins want to keep them stocked somewhere
