-Adjusted the missile accuracy penalty for heavy fog and heavy rain to make more sense when compared to medium fog and medium rain (it is now a bit less accuracy in heavy fog/rain conditions).

-Further decreased the attack power multiplier for extreme and long range attacks (to reduce missile damage over long and extreme ranges).
-Slightly further increased the minimum spacing between soldiers climbing walls.
-Further increased wall climbing penalty time by 1.5x.
-Further decreased the attack factor calculations (front/flank/rear) by 1/2.
-Increased ashigaru and samurai volley aim delay by 2x (to slightly increase the time between volleys).
-Slightly lowered the army base morale level (from the significantly raised value in v1 of this mod).
