-Fixed issue with Littlest Horn getting stuck in his spitting animation
-Fixed issue with multiple Littlest Horn's spawning when continuing a run
-Attempted to fix compatability issues with mod's (Thanks Scyaze!)

Fixed some of the main issues I had and incorporated feedback to make the item more balanced!
-Limited Littlest Horn to spawn 1 ball at a time
-Ball inflicts more damage
-Ball can be destroyed by other enemies and has lower health
