[RELEASE V1.04]
Added Sign, these are storage items with 0 slots, this allows you to name the item and create signs.
Added Wall Sign, same as a sign but can be placed on backgrounds.

[KNOWN BUG]
Signs will create chest opening sounds when used to name them.

[RELEASE V1.03]
Added Shelves. These place and act similar to platforms but are thinner to look more like shelves.
Added Blue and Red Tapestry. Hang these on the wall to give the room some nice detail.
Added Small Potted Plants. Crafting these will give you one of two variants. Green Plant and Purple Flowers.
NEW ICONS FOR RANDOMISED ITEMS: Testing new icons that feature a question mark. Let me know if this is a good thing!

[BUG FIX]
Hanging plants now display the correct icon in the inventory instead of the world assest.

[KNOWN ISSUES]
In certain instances the shelf tile will not display correctly. Unfortunately due to the way the engine handles tiles I have not been able to resolve this in ALL instances. However most of these instances are when placing the shelving in such a way that it would be unusable as shelves. If you run into the issue just break the shelf and replace it/the surrounding shelves or place them in a different order.

Candle Lantern - 1 bronze ingot, 2 oil slime
Crafting requires forge.

[OPTIMISATION]
Added code to registration.py to streamline item loading.

[KNOWN BUGS]
Candle Lanterns cannot be toggled on or off like their non lantern cousins.
Purple and Yellow hanging plants still not displaying correct icon.
