Fixed the volume again, made them quieter, but not too quiet.

Fixed the volume of most of the sounds to be less loud, and cut out some silence in the beginning of some sounds, so they won't be delayed in-game.

Ramoved a little more minor background noises and hums.

Removed background noise in some sounds, and changed the pitch of some to sound better.
