BUG FIX - I know people have been having issues with the flag textures not showing, if you tkae a look in the "Required Items" section of the description you will find a new item called "EvoCity Police Skin Pack". This should fix your flag issues, thanks for being patient.

Fixed skirt runningboard lights not having a code 3 pattern.
