Merged with local changes:

- Removed a bug that would cause Meme Farms to only benefit from "The Internet" technology when not near a river
- Removed a bug that would cause the fallback image for the Diplomacy Screen with an Kekistan AI to be gray
- Added YnAEMP Support, but ONLY for the four earth variants, not the Europe Map
- Very slight AI Adjustments, making Kekistan more agressive and less eager to settle near sea
- New Civilopedia Entries (Thanks to Takyon)

Merged with local changes:

- Added Texticon for /Pol/ Religion
- Added a shitload of city names
- Added some Agent names
- Border Walls Upkeep increased to two gold per round (Dude they are still pretty powerfull)
- Frog Memes Pantheon Belief changed: Now provides 2 Culture per Marsh and Salt
- Reencoded all Images in lossless DDS, no more ugly artifacts
- Added Order icon for Meme Farms (Pepe Face)

I'm giving up. I've spent a day on this shit. If Firaxis would've released a tiny bit of documentation, I would maybe have a point to start from. But for now I'm just using the Terrace Farm model. Fuck this shit.
