More Lenses Changelog v4.0

1) Fixed compatbility with Gathering storm
2) Lens now have a neutral color to help highliting relevant plots. Example with barbarian lens, the actual camps are red, but the rest of the plots will be grey so that the camps stand out more.
3) Builder lens coloring reworked:
a) Resources -- Magenta
b) Pillaged / Damaged -- Purple
c) Recommended Feature Improvement -- Teal
d) Hills -- Green
e) Feature extraction / improvement -- Blue
d) Generic tile -- Light Silver
f) Ignore plots -- Dark Silver.

The main purpose behind changing the color scheme was so the resource plots on sea stand out more. Ignore plots being colored help the other plots stand out more.
4) Builder lens improvements:
a) Added floodplains, volcanic ash to recommended plots.
b) Checks for new improvements like geothermal plant, etc.
c) Properly handles Fishery and City Park improvements.
5) Completely redid how the builder lens was applied to allow other modders to extend the coloring of this lens. So if another modded added a civ with a unique improvement, they can add a rule to the builder lens to highlight where that improvement can be built. In future update, I will add this feature for all currently present Civs.
6) Scout lens now applies to ranger category. So unique units that replace scout still gets the lens applied to them.
7) Scout lens updates when the scout moves.
8) Archaeologist lens no longer applies since the base game now highlights the plots.
9) Fixes to alternate settler lens that is applied when holding CTRL with settler settler selected.

Update: 18 Feb, 2018 @ 5:25pm

Major overhaul on how lenses were added to the mod. Makes it really easy for developers to add new lenses without editing my mod files. So lenses can be their own mods.

Builder lens enhancements. Resource hex is highlighted if it has an incorrect improvement on it (example uranium on a farm). Removed red hex (ie "nothing to do") from improvements and district and wonder lens. Fixes issue with having a sea of red tiles in late game.
