Gap in Electrification at Gospel Oak P3 (in turn fixes Quick Drive for Electric Trains)

Update -

Wires 95% Complete - apart from Leytonstone Midland Road & Wanstead Park.

You should be able to fit a 4 car EMU (20m Carriages) at Gospel Oak at Least.

Still need to do
- Transformers in places
- Platform Clutter and Updates to stations (where possible)
- Removed the Catch point at Gospel Oak (couldn't put it back in because of buffers)
- Gospel Oak I've done a temporary thing so a 4 car unit could fit.
