Made some grates wider, adjusted clipping.

Updated lighting, added some new platforms, made certain areas wider. Added some grates that can be shot through, made the central pillar hollow with a jump pad inside.

- Reduce the height from the bottom floor to the highest platform in the middle open area
- Increase the middle area roof height to allow for higher rocket jumps so you don't hit your head
- Make the 'prison cage' grate bigger, so it's easy to shoot anyone who's silly enough to jump into it
- Reduce the overall dimensions of some combat areas by around 5% to 10% so it's a little more compact
- Mark the tele exits on the ground with some sort of visual cue
- Fix up some lighting and general performance improvements for better FPS
- Misc visual additions - more fleshing out of the map 'theme' and textures, wall hangings, lights, etc
