Prevents digging near enemy structures by default (Can be disabled, and range is INI configurable)

Dirt Mound
Planted crops will stay forever, until the plant is manually removed, or until another seed is planted (only 1 seed needed to create a decor item that never disappears)
If the inventory is empty, the plant can be removed in the multiuse wheel

Gardening Shovel:
Shovel is used to dig Dirt Mounds.
Dirt Mounds can be used to quickly grow vanilla berries and crops.
No watering or fertilizer is needed.
When seeds are added it visually shows the type of crop growing.
Dirt Mounds have extended spoil timer to keep crops fresher longer.
Having increased Melee will decrease the time it takes to dig a Dirt Mound.
