Adjustments:

Shovel
Prevents digging near enemy structures by default (Can be disabled, and range is INI configurable)
Shovel no longer "fires" when placing a structure or when a multiuse wheel is open
Better error messages if you can\'t dig

Dirt Mound
Planted crops will stay forever, until the plant is manually removed, or until another seed is planted (only 1 seed needed to create a decor item that never disappears)
If the inventory is empty, the plant can be removed in the multiuse wheel

Misc
The INI header is now: [ecoGardenDecor]
3 new INI settings available via Google Doc in the #spawn-codes-ini channel on Discord

Added:
Gardening Shovel:
Shovel is used to dig Dirt Mounds.
Dirt Mounds can be used to quickly grow vanilla berries and crops.
No watering or fertilizer is needed.
When seeds are added it visually shows the type of crop growing.
Dirt Mounds have extended spoil timer to keep crops fresher longer.
Having increased Melee will decrease the time it takes to dig a Dirt Mound.

Adjustments:
Reworded Gate Descriptions because they were confusing.
Adjusted settings for slower decay time on Buildings and Fences
Increased Demolish Timer on Gnome Homes so you don\'t accidentally break your house


IMPORTANT:
ini will be available on the Garden Decor Google Doc found in the #spawn-codes-ini channel.
Engram name will also be available if you wish to disable.
