removed custom dino INI settings file for testing as - appears to possibly causing crash if crash issue resolved will re add if found to not be related.

Added Scorched Earth Spawners (Test 1) I have never played this map so player feedback is key on this. - Default Wyverns not Affected

continued status testing due to wyverns stats increasing everytime you restart the server (test 2 all wyverns should now be fixed and uploadable to obelisks)

hopefully this will resolve the issues however tamed dinos where nerfed because of this so please respawn your dinos

i adjusted the quake and ember wyvern spawners.
