amended ember wyverns to not hurt same team

reworked resource production in dino inventories (test 1)

Special Quake Boulder attack not dissappearing in air overloading servers fix (test 1)

increased ember wyvern spawner percentage

Reconfigured the Status components relating to dino stats this may screw with currently spawned versions of the dinos.

The reason for this was to make is so you can upload and download the wyverns from the obelisks (Test Phase 2)

Added custom Gameusersettings.ini settings to basic wyvern stats (Test 1)
