Seperated the l4d1 hunter into a dedicated mod. Also put the sounds in a dediced mod as well

v4.2
-fixed blips at the end of some of the sounds
-fixed the hitbox so you can now properly headshot the hunter
-removed first-person arms because they did not look good
-fixed the legs turning invisible on the ragdolls
