Slightly experimental version:

Sorted out some skill links in support that were not working as intended.
Pushed back necromancy to the fourth ring and made it require 2 point investment to get the battleborn
*also* you must take a new 3rd ring skill which weakens the hero initially, these weaknesses can be reversed by further investment. ALSO there is a rank 4 here that gives the air guardian's teleport. I don't know what it would do but I thought it would be a fun reward.

The changes to necromancy were a long time coming, I just destroyed serious AI ELCP with it from an early snowball, so something of this order was clearly warranted.

extra: the ended hero also got a rank 2 to his -upkeep skill that also has the teleport skill on it, just for fun.

Large pass on all Racial trees. Probably something broke, hopefully I find it first.

Set 1, Spying:
Morgawrywryr and Roving Clans have had some skills gain bonuses to infiltration points or xp while infiltrated. Additional links have been added such that these skills can be picked up with minimal investment in non-spy stuff.

Set 2, Weak stuff and weird connections:
Some skills that were still a bit boring had small buffs. Some skills with 3 levels where the later levels are unlikely to be reached (e.g. on the way to the right side of the Wild Walker tree) have received extra goodies to make them more appealing, and I'm on the lookout for more of those as I playtest.

Some races still couldnt realistically get to Cold Operator, and I reckon that's just a massive balance issue given its power level. Now, everyone should manage it. This also opens up a few cases where you can get from the top of the melee/ranged/etc. tree to skills on the top of the race tree via Cold Operator. At least in the case of Necrophages this looks interesting because you can pick up Feeding Frenzy (though not Berserker Pheremones, which is on the tier before). I'll keep an eye on these to make sure there aren't any particularly crazy things possible.

Set 3, Dust Eclipse:
This includes some changes in set 2. Each race should have a skill that triggers on dust eclipse; sometimes the effect of the skill is doubled during the eclipse, sometimes its just an additional functionality. I tried to make it synergistic in some way, so for example: the Vaulters get +10 extra dmg on hero to go with their more aggresive eclipse ability, Morgawyr get a large assignment cooldown reduction so you can make use of their massive movement increase and then extract the hero safely and/or infiltrate.

In Support, you can now go from Astral Projection to Draught of War, allowing you to skip Necromancy.

In Drakken, Cultural Whatsit (+approval 0/3) is now on ring 3; Festivals now links to Cold Operator, allowing you to access from both sides of Drakken more reasonably.

In Common, Lord of the Trance now has a rank 3: another +5 to infiltration, and the Stealth capacity.

In Forgotten and Elves, the starter Insomniac/Torpor now gives +2 exp per turn on infiltrated hero on the first rank.
-- I intend to look at some other skills on races with naturally high spying like Morgawyr to see if they could benefit from spy-related stuff.

Fixed a bug whereby Siege Mentality did not act as a prerequisite to Lightning Warfare (infantry hero)

Element of Surprise (ranged hero skill) now also has Spare Quiver as a prerequisite so you can skip Toxic Salvo and still get it if you don't feel like managing the disease.
