You can now send your children to university if they are in the university's region but not of the required culture. There is the possibility that they will change to the university's culture. Improved on the icons

Added the possiblity for children to request remaining as scholars in university, they will then send students to their relatives' court. Children with dead parents will now return to their home court. Minor bug fixes
