- Moved the events for repeatable marauder crisises to this mod.
- Added action triggers for called the marauder reset event every 2 years.
- Added an event to manually trigger a marauder crisis.

- Modified the script to set a timeout flag for 50 years after starting a crisis.
- Added overwritten crisis trigger events because it's the only way to make sure that multiple crisis don't occur simultaneously.
- Removed on_actions and scripted_triggers.

- Added extra condition: no crisis country active.
