Moved all uniform code into one binarised config file

Changed the name of revision helmet to virtus helmet.

Misc bug fixes.

Added New BIKEY to stop players using all my mods at once on servers that don't allow all of them.

Fixed the Armour showing up in the uniforms category.

Changed the name of Virtus Helmet to Revision Helmet.

Added BIKEY for servers.

Fixed "No entry iteminfo.scope" message no longer appears.

Fixed missing BISIGN file.

Completely redone all the textures for every item to better match 3CBs MTP camo patten and style.

Added Bergen Backpack.

Please Note that this needs the Marksmen DLC and APEX DLC to work.

This my attempt to make the British Armys Virtus Armour System using the Carrier Rig Carrier Rig GL CTRG Stealth Helmet Stealth Masks and the Combat the Helmet as bases.

This is designed to be used with 3 Commando Brigades BAF Mods.

Addon features:

- Virtus Body Armor with both standard and GL versions.

- Virtus Helemts in Multi-Terrain Pattern with and without flags.

- Virtus Helemts with face guard in Khaki and Multi-Terrain Pattern with and without flags.

- Stealth Masks in Khaki and Multi-Terrain Pattern.

Future features:

- None at the moment. let me know if there is anything you want me to add.

Known issues:

- When the game loads a message will pop up saying "No entry config.bin/cfgweapons/iteminfo.scope" ignore this it will not affect the game(i have heard it happens with alot of addons and i have tryed everything to get ride of it but nothing seems to work.)

- The uniforms seen in screenshots above are not part of this addon they were made by 3 Commando Brigade.

notes:

- The Body Armor and GL version are reskins of the Carrier Rig and Carrier Rig GL.

- The Helmets are reskins of the CTRG Stealth Helmet and the Combat Helmet.

- The masks are reskins of the CTRG Stealth Masks
