Changed Single Shotgun pellets to 9 and damage back to 10.

Slightly narrowed the spread for the Single Shotgun. Did it mainly because I wanted to see if it would fix the Workshop glitch going on, but no luck there.

Changed Single Shotgun pellets from 10 to 11 for a total of 88 damage and changed Double Shotgun damage from 9 to 10 for a total of 180 damage (enough to one-shot a Cucurbito).
