Updated for Repentance!!!

Note - I got this out quickly. There will be minor bugs, and I will be fixing them later.

-Fixed a bug where items were not removed from item pools properly
-Fixed a bug where some bonuses from booster pack items were not being removed properly
-Updated code to be more future proof (when Repentance comes out)
-Prevented special "Revelations" items from being added
