- Buffed steroids a little bit (It now gives +0.3 damage per floor instead of +0.2)
- Pack of Bandages now charges 3 bars when picking up a battery, the battery item or when using a 48 hour energy pill

-Fixed enemy/boss collision with the Tech O laser ring
-Fixed Tech O laser ring from showing during boss cutscenes
-Fixed Tech O from being able to shoot a single normal tear by holding the fire button while changing rooms

-Tech O now synergizes with Homing shots and brimstone and more tear effects.
