- Added flexes for the head

(Issue: face acts like jelly when flexes are moved, not sure how I can fix this)

- Improved weights on the head area

(For some reason, Source ignores some weights around the mouth and the cheeks, even though they appear just fine on 3D Max. Not sure how and if I can fix that).
