Minor tweaks...

Fixed bugs that nobody reported for a year.

Final fixes before release.

Fixed the plasma walls not appearing, as well as some other optimizations.

Another silly hotfix involving multiplayer teleporters.

The Slicer puzzles in the Blue Keycard area are now closer to the player, which should make them much easier to complete.

Hotfix because I forgot to double-check a spawner.
