Revision 1.0.1B.
- Fixed an error that caused Sailor Moon, Mercury, Mars and Jupiter to overwrite venus's AI.
- Added a new VO function and configuration file.
- Added new 3VR, DIC, TOEI and SMA VO data.

Bug fixes:

- Fixed a bug that caused the configuration file to encounter an error when initialising the clientside scripts.
- Fixed a bug that caused Sailor Venus to register as "Sailor_moon" under certain conditions.
- Fixed a bug that caused the other scouts to overwrite Minako's AI with their own AI.
