Lowered spawning rates

Attempted to fix the bombs not working on some people's clients, still unsure why this is happening.

Fixed bug where Lilith wouldn't get paint tears

Added paintball items to extra item pools

Fixed bombs giving you paint tears regardless of paint item

Fixed creep being insanely too strong

Mod is now in a healthy state!

Added costume for pica paint!

Added brimstone synergy to paint mod, and custom paint bomb sprites!
