Tweaked spawn values, hopefully will reduce or eliminate an overspawn issue on the Center (take two on this). Also added Magic Honey.

Important bug fix

Fixed rider scale issues. Added saddle, and oxygen buff. Fixed spawn locations (they were spawning in too-shallow areas on the island).

Added more spawns to the Center. As long as they don't now overspawn, this should be the last update for awhile.
