- Fixed trigger events for the Kingdoms of Trebizond, Bulgaria and Serbia to only activate if they are independent.
- Added events for the Byzantine Emperor telling them Venice or Genoa have acquired Corfu

- Added events to form the Kingdoms of Trebizond, Bulgaria and Serbia if they are indepedent after the Sack of Constantinople

- Minor tweaks to Game Rules text as well as spelling errors.

GAME RULES:-
- Added a "Fourth Crusade" game rule to allow historical, random and off settings for the event chain.
- Historical will spawn the event only for Venice between 1190 and 1250.
- Random will spawn the event for any Merchant Republic whose capital is in Italy and only after 1090.
- Off will disable the event chain completely.

BACKEND CODE:-
- Streamlined the code a bit. (Doesn't affect the usability of the event chain really at all, just backend work).
- Repurposed the events to double up (sometimes triple up) for the inclusion of different Republics that can get the event as a result of the random setting.

LOCALISATION:-
- A few text changes to make the writing more generic in place for multi-purpose usability for random republics.

EVENTS:-
- The start event for Venice and random republics are now the Crusaders looking for ships. Dandolo will arrive at Venice in a seperate event only after the initial event is triggered.
- The Latin Emperor will now get an event about the Genoan occupation of Corfu if Venice refuses.
- Venice will no longer constantly get the event of Corfu occupation.

- Fixed a bug where the Latin Empire would constantly spawn endless Crusader armies as if they had help from Stellaris to invent teleportation technology a thousand years too early.

- Added an event to allow successor/independent states of the Byzantine Empire to become the Emperor if they personally hold the Constantinople county itself.

Will only work if your culture is in the Byzantine culture group.
