- Reworked Lightning
- Added more cover (Rocks, trees, ...etc) from Security Charlie spawn to avoid spawn kill.
- Reajusted lots of big rocks displacements that had their textured stretched.
- Added framerates optimizers for several rooms interiors.

B5 release of Badel.

changes :
- river stuttering fixed
- Delta objective teweaked a bit.
- Opened an access to Echo hill from the last Insurgent respawn.
- minor fix and improvements.
