-Small adjustment to loop on hole 2.

Known bug: For some reason host can jump (when jumping is on), and others cannot. Don't know how to fix this yet.

Cleaned up holes 2,3,8,9,12,18.
Reworked holes 2,5,6,17 (slightly).
Added textboxes on all holes.
