Fixes:
- Removed probability of presence for fireteam members. Seemed to cause members not to appear at all.

In Progress:
- HUD disappears after reverting saves. May be caused by some in-mission triggers.

- Added probability to fireteam members' prescence; Scorpio 3 and 4 may or may not be there
- Forced AI to use primary weapons; some issues with friendly AI going the entire mission with pistols only; will adjust later if needed

- civilian cars to make the city seem more alive
- a few ammo drops, UNSC and Innie, hidden in the city

Changed:
- removed autosave point at castle entrance
- new pictures in scenario and loading screen
- increased lightning forecast
- increased friendly AI skill level
