* added PHD to the wunderfizz. confirmed to work on Origins, but it should also work on any map that has wunderfizz. (DE, GK)

* Complete re-factor of the code base of this (and future) mods.
* Changed the weapons in the box for Black Ops 3 maps back to Black Ops 3 guns. Classic being Classic, these are the guns Black Ops 3 came with. Internally debating if I should remove PHD from Black Ops 3 maps, or if i should let it slide and keep it...
* Change the starting pistol on Black Ops 3 maps (and Kino) back to the MR6. This is due to funkiness with fx when it comes to M&S. This should be rendered moot if Treyarch replaces the pistol soon with the offical version. The M1911 is still the starting pistol in all (except kino) ZC maps.
* Monkey's will now attack perk machines and take perks.
* Whenever a perk is removed, the perk hud will re-arrange it's self to accomidate the missing perk.

* added the M1Grand to the wall in Nacht
* added the thompson to the wall in Nacht
* added the STG to the wall in Nacht, mainly as a POC, and placeholder till i can get the Bar.

* Started to add guns onto the wall in Acension and Moon. For now, this is just the guns, the wall chalk will be the old gun. I want to get the guns on the wall first, and then i will fix the chalk.
** the M16 on Moon is 5000 points, even though i changed the price to 1250, not sure why, i need to look into it.
** hacking wall weapons doesnt seem to work? not sure, need to look into
** All ZC maps should have at least the m14 and olympia as the first two guns in the first room. i would change this for the waw maps, if i had more waw guns...

* changed the starting pistol
* included fx from level_common
* imported the old free perk script, this may fix the issue with the free perk on acension not dropping
* added the MG42 and M1 Grand to the box in WAW maps
* With the advent of chronciles, I have made the BO3 maps have BO3 guns. The aim is to have the WAW maps only have WAW guns, and the BO1 and BO2 maps have only the guns from their respecitve maps.

* added widows wine back into origins to fix a bug with the wunderfizz
* had to remove phd from origins as I could not get it to work right, i think it has to do with the new scripting Treyarch did after zetsu. i might try and replace wunderfizz with a custom wunderfizz and see if phd will spawn in it with out issue.

* removed widows wine from all of the zombie's chronicles maps. you will no longer get this perk from a free power up drop.
* defaulted the pap camo to The Giant's pap camo until i can find out why bo1 / bo2 guns do not have a pap camo
* removed deadshot and double tap 2 from acension, as those machines are not on that map.

* Updated for Zombies Chronicles
* Removed Wunderfizz from zombie chronicle maps.
* Acension and Moon are now the only zombie chronicle maps with phd flopper.
* Added ZeRoY's flamethrower into the WaW Zombie Chronicles maps.
* Added some BO3 weapons back into the box, for balancing.
* Added ProRevenge's RPK, Galil and KS23 to the box.
* Made the less of an explosive fx when it comes to M&S.
