Updated the config file to work with the latest 3CB addons updates.

Added new Scrim 2 helmet to unit loadouts

Units now have virtus armor and cobra plus helmets when placed n the editor.

Helicoptor crew and Helicoptor medics now have BAF pilot helmet.
