Updated to 2017 and the masterbundle system, some vehicles along with the clothing may be broken

Removed the yelp from the ambulance in order to fix issue #8. Fixed a few issue related to #6. Due to complaints about how awful the ambulance's turning is, I've increased it even more than it previously was in order to fix #7. Finally, 2 new vehicles were added, the Sheriff Coaster and the Sheriff Pickup. Expect more vehicles similiar to the pickup coming in the future.

Features a semi walkable interior with a stretcher for patients. In addition, the helicopter has working accurate navigational lights (ctrl) and 2 spotlights.
