Initial A17 release. Inherits Verse.Mod. Fixes scrolling in Dialog_ManageAreas under certain conditions. Sorts Haul areas in Manage Areas dialog; top is hauled first and bottom is last.

Area Manager/Hub is disabled for now since I can't get them to work without errors.
